Henning students work with Damers First

Working in support of the ‘Campaign to Protect Rural England’ Henning Student Environment Group walked to Damers First School and met the Year 3 class of Mr Moore.

They then all walked back collecting litter and recycling.

Plastic and metals were put in the reverse vending machine.

The money raised will go back into the scheme.

Over 60 plastic bottles were fed in by students over the lunch break .

Damers children and Henning Environment collected approx. 156 items of plastic and metals!

The pictures here tell the story.
