The Thomas Hardye School is a 13-18 mixed comprehensive school with 2300 on roll including 800 in the Sixth Form.  We can offer excellent working conditions, a supportive environment and plenty of opportunity for further development at one of the most successful comprehensive schools in the country.  The superb facilities include an on-site nursery and a new sports complex with subsidised membership for staff.

Kitchen Assistants (XS2.5) - 2 posts
We require 8 daily shifts, 9am-3pm, per week, with either a 5 day/3 day split or a 4 day/4 day split for 31 weeks annually
Grade 1 - £7.78 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for two highly-motivated, enthusiastic people to join us as Kitchen Assistants.  The school operates a dedicated sixth form canteen as well as a lower-school facility, where several hundred students and staff are catered for daily.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for food, together with the ability to work as part of a team delivering a high quality service across the school.  We are proud of our innovative and creative menus with a focus on healthy eating, and would value your input on developing them still further.  The school has been working closely with The School Food Plan recommendations which you should be familiar with.
