Business Administration Apprentice – 37 hours per week, full time
Salary £6,752 per annum.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated, enthusiastic person to join the school as an apprentice in our team.

We are seeking to appoint a Business Administration Apprentice. You will complete a Level 3 apprenticeship whilst gaining technical knowledge, real practical experience along with functional and personal skills. This is a fantastic opportunity that could open doors to a wide range of careers.  The successful applicant will be hard working, well presented and a good communicator with GCSE grade C or above in five subjects including Maths, English and preferably ICT plus two A level passes or equivalent.  Alongside working in the school you will also complete the apprenticeship course through a local college provider.

COVER SUPERVISOR (XS10.71)
31.50 hours per week – Term Time only - Commencing June 2017
Grade 6, Point 16 (£8.90 per hour) with scope for progression subject to assessment

We are seeking a cover supervisor who will be responsible for supervising lessons during the short-absence of the normal class teacher. You will be required to cover any subject, but work will be set in advance.  Previous experience of working in the classroom would be an advantage, but training and support will be provided.  The post may be of interest for those wishing to gain experience prior to a career in teaching.

We require someone with:

  • A genuine interest in young people and their learning
  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Flexibility and a sense of humour
  • Qualifications at least to level 2 or the equivalent
